Summer Outings 2018

Each year the Society arranges Summer Outings to places of interest. Arrangements for the 2018 outings are in progress and will be added as they are organised.
Wednesday 16th May. Visit to Bishop's Palace, Fulham
Meet at 10.45 am at the main entrance to Fulham Palace in Bishop's Park.

For centuries Fulham Palace was the country residence of the Bishop of London, Lord of the Manor of Fulham, and in the last century became his only home. The Bishop moved out in 1975 and now lives near St Paul’s Cathedral.
Fulham Palace consists of a Tudor manor house with Georgian additions and Victorian chapel – the tour visits all areas open to the public, including the gardens (weather permitting) and explores this rich history.

Advance booking with payment (£8 per person) is essential. Booking forms will be available at RNELHS Meetings.
Organiser: Jane Shemilt

Thursday 28th June. Outing to Bekonscot Model Village, Beaconsfield
