Sunday 14th May 12 noon - 4.30pm.  Woodlands Festival.

Note venue is changed to across the road from Bayhurst Woods this year, following traffic problems at Lido last year. Help required - see note below*.

There will be a large field for the show and another for the car parking. The entrance is now on the right- hand side of Breakspear Road (if you are coming from Ickenham) and is just past the Willow Tree Centre (the same postcode applies). This is on a very tight left hand bend so any early helpers arriving before it is open to the public are advised to go a few yards further on and turn around in the Bayhurst Wood carpark then retrace their route to turn left into the entrance. It will be well marked on the day and there will be parking attendants directing traffic later in the day when the public arrive. Whilst the new site is not actually IN Bayhurst Woods, as originally planned there are other advantages; the foremost of which is real toilets (no portaloos!).

Saturday 3rd June 11am - 4pm.  Eastcote House Gardens Picnic.

Help required - see note below*.

The excavations will be preceded by a pre-dig talk given by Les Capon on 23 June at the Stables, Eastcote House Gardens starting at 7pm. Anyone wishing to attend please book with Lesley Crowcroft.
